DealShaker JAPAN

All merchants (new or existing) with an "Approved" status on the Deal Shaker platform must update their merchant account by uploading the required documents.

1. Upload all required documents
2. Set the right merchant type (personal or business)
3. Add a scope of trading activity to your business description based on official registration documents

Upload the required documents by June 20. If you don't submit it by then, the merchant account will be "rejected".

If your business (merchant account) is "rejected", the merchant will receive a notification. In this case, you should not create a new business (merchant account). Update your current merchant account according to the message sent by the Deal Shaker Approval Department. You can find the reason for the rejection in your merchant account at the merchant office.

(1) For personal registration – Merchant accounts set up for this type must add a merchant identity document (identity card, passport) along with a VAT or tax number.

In the case of Japan, please upload two items: a notification of opening a sole proprietorship and an ID card.

(2) For corporate registration – Merchant accounts set up for this type must add official business registration documents issued by local governments and laws. These documents prove the merchant's relevance to its business, the official scope of its business activities, and any permits or licenses for its business activities. Approval documents must be certified by a notary public.

In the case of Japan, please upload two items: a certificate of all matters issued within 3 months and an ID card of the representative.
