All merchants registered with Deal Shaker can register their products using a dedicated merchant office. To register your product, you just need to follow a few steps and fill in the required information. There is no limit to the number of products a merchant can register. Registered goods are checked and approved by the country manager. If it does not meet the rules and laws of deal shakers, the product will not be approved. The main information of the product should be a concise description of the product or service. This includes the display language, product name, description, and terms of use. This information is important to convey the characteristics and appeal of the product. The content should be meaningful, distinctive, and easy for anyone to understand.
When you create a new product, you must fill in the product title, product details, and terms and conditions. These items are described.

1. Title of the product

As one of the first things you see on your product page, your title should make a strong impression on your visitors. The title should be strong, clear, and compelling. It should be short, simple, and consist of relevant content.

The title can include:

  • brand name
  • Name of the product or service
  • Model or specification if required
  • Variations, colors, flavors, and materials
  • Size, quantity, and length units

The title may not contain:

  • Price in fiat currency
  • Percentage of ONE/OESP

Both of these pieces of information can be viewed with a filter function, which encourages users to learn more about and use DealShaker's features.

2. Product details

  • In the description of the product, be sure to write the details of the product or service. What is written will be a promise to the buyer, so write everything you think is necessary.
  • Please note that if there is a problem that is not written in the product description, the country manager may not be able to handle it.

3. Terms of Use

In accordance with the laws of Japan and consumer protection, the following must be clearly stated in the "Terms of Use of Products". This is to prevent misunderstandings between the seller and the buyer as much as possible, and to protect both parties, so we appreciate your cooperation.

1. Shipping Terms: For example, "Shipped only in Japan", "Free shipping", "Buyer's burden of shipping", etc. Important: If the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs should specify how much it will cost or how it will be calculated. For example, "Kuroneko Yamato's Multi-Express Service - 60 Size Fee". Also Online Services If you do not ship the product, you will receive a message such as "There is no shipping because it can only be used in the store." or "There is no shipping because it is an online service." Please state to that effect.
2. List Price: Please enter the selling price of the product (including both Japan yen and OESP). From the point of view of consumer protection, the price of the product must be indicated.
3. Sales Tax: For example, tax included. In the case of Japan, the amount including tax must be displayed.
4. Refunds/Returns: For example, you should specify a return/refund rider such as "We do not accept refunds or returns of items after they have been opened" or "Only unused and unopened items can be returned within 7 days of receiving the item."
5. Inquiries about products: Please enter the email and/or phone number of the merchant who can be contacted.
6. Other Conditions: If there are any conditions that do not apply to the above, please write them in this item. If there are no other conditions, delete this item.

Precautions

  • The above are the minimum items that must be displayed in order to comply with Japan law when listing products on Deal Shaker. Do not change the template (in red).
  • Do not change the order of the required fields. If you want to add an item, be sure to see "6. Please fill in the "Other Terms" form.
  • Edit the black areas as necessary to match the product information. Again, be sure to rewrite the black part according to the information on the product. Some people copy and paste the example sentences as they are and apply for approval, but please note that we cannot approve products that may mislead consumers.
  • It is more likely that the customer will apply for approval without a sufficient explanation of the shipping cost, but if the buyer is responsible for shipping the product, it is necessary to specify the amount of the shipping fee or the method of calculating the shipping fee.
  • If you do not want to ship the product, please click "1. Please specify this in the "Shipping Conditions" section. For example, add a specific description such as "Only available in the store" or "This is an online product and will not be shipped."
  • Unless there are other special conditions, see "6. You can delete the "Other conditions" part.
